DallasVida.com would like to welcome our newest addition to la Familia - Dr. Nina Rios-Doria, L.P.C., Ph.D.
She will be providing a weekly advice column for DallasVida.com.
Dr. Nina Rios-Doria is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Ph.D. in child development from Texas Woman's University.
She has worked with adolescents, young adults and families on many issues concerning drugs and alcohol, anger management, relationships, depression, and divorce.
She also has a local TV show in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and will be producing and hosting a new TV show in Fort Worth called, "Extraordinary People" in 2005.
She is also a successful author and has released a children’s book, entitled “Cub Christian: What It Means to Give”. The book is the first official book of the Cub Christian Series. It uses animal friends to teach children Christian values about the importance of giving. The book can be picked up on Amazon.com and most Christian Bookstores.
One of Dr. Nina’s hobbies is her Wing Chun class. Wing Chun is the same style of Kung Fu that turned a small frail Bruce Lee into the God Father of all Martial Arts! So ladies, if your man is treating you bad not only can Dr. Nina give you advise –SHE CAN KICK HIS ASS! ORALE GIRL POWER! ! !
