The Grammys and movie news on Jessica Alba, Eve Mendez, J-Lo and Antonio Banderas.


"Hitch", which happened to be the # 1 movie this weekend, Co-Star Eve Mendes has signed on to star in the movie adaptation of Marvel Comic's Ghost Rider. Nicholas Cage will be playing Johnny Blaze, a former motorcycle stunt man who agrees with a vengeful demon to let his body be a host for his spirit. Eve will play his love interest whose safety is the reason for the agreement. The movie is scheduled for a Summer 2006 release.

Along with her film "Sin City", Jessica Alba is all set for the release of another Marvel Comic/Movie, "The Fantastic Four". She will play Susan Storm, one of four astronauts whose live are forever changed after an accident about a space station. The film is set for release this summer. Sydney Bristow's evil roommate is BACK! Gina Torres will return to the hit show Alias for the March 2nd episode. This marks the long awaited return of agent Anna Espinosa. Torres, who is Cuban-American, next stars in the indie film Five Fingers with husband Laurence Fishburne.

Speaking of the Grammys, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony performed together for the first time and it was a pretty good performance.
J-Lo is on a roll with her new album and a new movie. Monster-In-Law, this comedy is about the relationship between Jane Fonda and Jennifer Lopez. Since being fired as a star news anchor Fonda decides that she will break up the marriage between her son and Lopez. But Lopez isn't gonna give up with out a fight.

Antonio Banderas has just finished up with Legend of Zorro and is set to begin filming, Take the Lead. It is based on the life of Pierre Dulane a former international ballroom dancer who volunteers to teach dance in the New York Public Schools.
